3 Hour time slot, kit up, de-kit and 15 minute bus journey each way included.
Blaen Y Glyn Gorge
Work your way through the river, crawling under waterfalls, sliding down rocks with the flow of the water. Hold on tight and climb up a waterfall with the rope to support you.

Gorge Full Day
Full day includes kit up and de-kit with 35 minute each way travel time.
Sychryd – Dinas Rock Gorge
Brace yourself for river fun. Jumping in and floating down one river. Then scrambling your way up the next. Work your way through water challenges and experience the power of waterfalls. Climb next to a waterfall while you prepare yourself for the big jumps towards the end of the gorge walk.

A swim costume or underwear under the wetsuit, a pair of trainers with a good sole on and a pair of shorts to wear over the top of the wetsuit. All other kit is provided.

We provide all of our gorge adventurers with the following equipment:
– Helmet, which is suitable for Gorge Adventure
– Wetsuit, we have a variety of sizes available, ranging from 8 years old to XXL
– Cag, a waterproof and windproof top which will keep the wind off your body and help to keep you warmer
– Buoyancy aid, a floatation device which helps you to float in the water with no effort. The buoyancy aid assists with swimming.Please note: Equipment will slightly vary depending on the weather
