We tailor all of our packages to meet your groups specific needs and requirements and fit activities in around your stay with us.
We offer flexible catered for and self-catered options with packages to include day and evening activities or for those looking to chill and enjoy a few drinks to celebrate we can arrange transport to the friendly local pub and you can of course bring your own beverages.
Your experience with us will be truly unique, combining action packed adrenaline activities in a stunning tranquil setting in the Brecon Beacons National Park. We have a variety of newly refurbished 3/4 star accommodation choices or for those wanting to experience camping under the stars, we can arrange for a cosy night with fire pit and Barbecue.
With high standards of health and safety and expert Instructors that specialise in making sure everyone has fun, we are the perfect choice for Stag and Hen parties.
We make the whole process of organising an event as simple as possible and when booking a weekend package the Stag or Hen goes free!
Stag and Hen Packages
Our most popular Stag and Hen package is for a full adventure weekend and usually consists of two nights accommodation, your choice of activities plus meals and transport while on site. If your numbers are for eight or more guests, the stag or hen goes free! Please contact us for a price per head according your group size and the number of activity sessions you would like to include.

Accommodation for Friends & Family Groups
Parkwood Outdoors Dolygaer is home to the recently renovated Cottage overlooking the river, lake and hills making it the perfect view to wake up to and relax with in the evening. The Cottage is fully equipped with its own bathroom, living area and kitchen including three bedrooms. Sleeping up to eight people, the Cottage is a perfect place to enjoy private and comfortable accommodation with friends and family.
For larger groups, there is the Dolygaer Lodge that sleeps up to 44 people. The bunkhouse consists of ten smaller rooms, each offering two bunk beds, and two rooms with one bunkbed each suitable for coordinators and teachers. The bunkhouse contains a fully fitted kitchen with all the utensils and a comfortable communal area for everyone to relax together in the evening.
For those who enjoy a night under the stars, the beautiful campsite sits directly next to the river, offering a tranquil and scenic place to stay. The campsite has it’s own shower and toilet block which is accessible 24 hours each day.

Across everything we do, health and safety is our number one priority and our site is fully AALA accredited.

Our Instructors are the best in the industry, fully qualified, experienced and very enthusiastic! We ensure that each of our Instructors hold all applicable NGB qualifications in each of the fields they teach, along with public and employer’s liability insurance, first aid qualifications and that they are all DBS checked. You won’t find more qualified or more passionate instructors than ours!
All of our activities are fully risk assessed and we can share these assessments with you prior to your stay with us. We are also more than happy to discuss any specific concerns you may have and accommodate any additional requirements you or your group has. We provide full safety equipment (as applicable) for each activity. Our number one aim is for everyone to fully enjoy the activities they try and we find one of the best ways to acheive this is to ensure that everyone is happy with the safety element before beginning.

No, everything is included. We like to ensure that booking with us from start to finish is a smooth hassle free experience. All activities, catering, equipment and onsite transport is included and if you are looking to book an adventure weekend, our on-site newly refurbished 3/4 star accommodation is also included.

Yes of course we can, if you’re looking to chill and enjoy a few drinks to celebrate we can arrange transport to the friendly local pub or for those looking to party we can arrange transport into Cardiff where a wide range of nightlife can be enjoyed.

Cardiff is a very popular destination for Stag and Hen party nightlife with lots of great bars and clubs to visit.

We have a variety of newly refurbished onsite accommodation choices sleeping up to 76 visitors. We also have further accommodation choices nearby and onsite camping for 100+. The Centre is self-contained and can be used exclusively for your group event if required.

In addition to our accommodation options, there is also a wide range of facilities available at the site for visitors to use. We have flexible space that can be adapted for meeting rooms, a large dining area that can seat up to 40 and adjoins the café and lounge area providing space for 20 – 30 to relax in between activities.
There is also a dedicated learning centre for meetings and course debrief sessions and full laundry facilities, including kit drying room.
